The BAD News:
      We don't know WHAT the hell is causing the spasms, arm / hand / finger tingles, and "Let's boil 'im alive" pain.

More tests are needed. Which means more authorizations for tests are needed. Which means if I have to threaten OWCP again in order to get the tests authorized in a timely manner, I'm going to carry through with the threat(s) this time. All I ask is that they do their jobs in a timely manner. It took 'em nearly 2 years to authorize a powerchair. 2 months to authorize the last MRI. What's next? I don't know. I also don't know what's involved in authorizing something, but I know it takes 2 hours or less... How? Last time I got pissed off I faxed my Doc & asked him to dig up all correspondence between himself & OWCP about the MRI authorizations. I said I intended to spend the weekend writing to Senator Feinstein asking her office to look into the length of time these authorizations were taking. I faxed the same letter to OWCP with a hand written note saying "Beware- This is about to happen." I sent both faxes at about 6 Am on a friday. The authorization popped out of the fax 2 hours later.

Anyway, that's the story so far. Untill I can get myself fixed I'll just eat stupid amounts of pain pills (I've moved up to synthetic heroin (methadone) now) & continue on my dose of 80mg of baclofen a day.. The max I can eat without needing an eventual kidney transplant.

Guess I'll just continue tying my legs to the bed at night to keep the spasms from keeping me awake.
